Slice of beef sandwich
Lord Sandwich would be thrilled with this reinterpretation of his invention: the olive baguette packs a slice of beef and dried tomatoes.
Ingredients
Main course For 4 people
1 small red onion
500 g of baguette, i.e. with olives
30 g of butter
4 tablespoons of grainy mustard
12 dried tomatoes in oil, drained
4 quick-cooked slices of beef approx. 120 g
salt
pepper
50 g of rocket
2 tablespoons of HOLL rapeseed oil
How to proceed
Preparation:
approx. 20 minutes
Cut the onion into rings. Divide the bread first into four parts then each part in half horizontally. Spread the butter and mustard on the base of the sandwiches. Spread the onion and tomatoes on the base. Season the slices with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large pan. Brown the meat over high heat for approx. 2 minutes per side. Place it on the stuffed sandwiches. Spread the rocket over the meat and cover with the other part of the bread.
